- 1 cup of Pounded Groundnuts
- 1 cup of Roller Meal
- 2 cups of Water

Preparation
- Bring the pot of water to a boil.
- Mix the pounded groundnuts with the roller meal and create a paste consistency.
- Add the paste to The boiled water and milk and stir smoothly .
- Simmer the porridge for 20 minutes.
- Best Served as Breakfast Pounded Groundnuts & can also be used for cooking Relish And Chikanda
