Imbalala/ Roasted Groundnuts

Ingredients
- Dry whole peanuts
- Cassava Tuber ( If desired)
- 1/2 Tb Salt
- 1/2 Cup water

Cooktop
- Medium sized non stick pan
- A Cooking Stick
Preparation
- On a frying pan place the whole peanuts and start to roast tossing them as you roast.
- When the peanuts have browned, in a cup with water add some salt and dissolve.
- Using a spoon add this salty solution to the peanuts
- Once the peanut look whitish/grey and still firm this means the peanuts are done.

- Prep time: 5 minutes
- Cook time: 5 minutes

To enhance the flavor, you can fry in small amount of oil. For a crunchier taste, leave longer in the pan to roast well done.
