Samp in Pounded Groundnuts

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Samp
- 2 Cups pounded groundnuts
- Enough water to cover the top of the Samp
- Medium Pot
Preparation
- Wash samp and place in medium size pot
- Adjust enough water so the the samp is covered.
- Bring to boil continue to add water until Samp soft
- Add pounded groundnut and continue to stir.
- Allow to cook for 15 – 25 mins or until the groundnuts are cooked or look well blended with the Samp.
- Then add salt, sugar and mix well.
- Enjoy~!
