Bowa/Ubowa (Dried Mushroom)

There are many types of mushrooms common in Zambia during the rainy season. All the different varieties are very tasty. A uniquely, rich-tasting wild mushroom called “Ichikolowa”, produced from the soils that support the indigenous forests across Zambia.
