Ingredients
- 5 Tubers dry cassava
- Salt
- 1/2 Cup water
Preparation
- Place dry cassava in water for 24 hrs.
- After 24 hrs the the cassava should be soft enough to break in half and drain the water.
- Place the cassava on the pan.
- Ensure that the heat on stove is not too much because it will burn the cassava
- Turn the cassava giving it equal minutes on all side so that its cooked through (rotating sides)
- Once the cassava chars it is ready to set aside.
- Enjoy paired with Roasted Imbalala.
